Chozen Few featuring Big K.R.I.T. - Sour Kush
Big Krizzle connected with the New Jersey group Chozen Few for this East Coast-inspired “freestyle” track. No hook, no filler, just bar after bar of nastiness. Snub Hollow of Chozen Few holds his own, but when Krit gets on an aggressive beat like this, he hits the ground running. As usual, he manages to blend a rapid succession of punchlines with some more serious, poignant thoughts. The result is a style that has a lot of similarities, content-wise, to Big Boi. You know he’s going to let his pimp side hang all the way out, but at any moment you may be knocked out by some poetically delivered wisdom.
I’m far from forgiveness but money’ll get me on
If it’s the root of all evil, I grew a tree inside my home
If you haven’t already, take the time to download K.R.I.T. Wuz Here, which is really something special.

Big K.R.I.T. featuring Devin the Dude - Moon & Stars
It seems like you can’t turn around these days without seeing another Big K.R.I.T. banger. This one features Devin the Dizzude, which is a dream collaboration for just about any rapper out there. Even in 2010, you could put a Devin guest feature on literally any song and it would be improved. Based on the reaction to “Glass House”, heads are ready for a full-length of this chilled-out side of Krit. But in a best-case scenario, he’ll be able to use K.R.I.T. Wuz Here to balance these kinds of jams with high production anthems like this one. Just make sure to keep your ears open. K.R.I.T. Wuz Here drops soon.
