Produced by DJ Burn One.

BONUS - D-Cinn - Kings and Queens (Also over the “Bobby Cox” instrumental)
Props to Dirty Glove Bastard for the link on that one.

This is the first P. Dukes track I ever heard and it caught my attention immediately. For that reason, it was a good choice to lend some visuals to this track. It’s a great introduction to Dukes’ style, which is a rare instance of punchlines and cleverness actually being anchored by an engaging personality and mic presence. Dukes has been getting it in around the city for a minute and I can’t imagine it’ll be too long before his name starts to ring out beyond 285.

If you heard either of the first two Easy Money mixtapes with DJ Scream, you shouldn’t need a primer for the upcoming 3rd edition. Dukes is one of the leaders of the South side’s recent resurgence and just a classically raw emcee. Props to DGB for getting this record out to the public.

Here’s one that reminds me of this past weekend. It’s a different look for P. Dukes, crunked up and hyper, but he still keeps it lyrically raw. “She got a taste for screwdrivers, now her mouth all over Phillip’s head” (Get em Dukes!). Props to DGB on releasing this exclusive.
